Ingredients : |
|
- 1 lb shrimp
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- tbsp butter
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- huice of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1/4 cup Anisette or 1 tbsp. of anise seed
- salt and pepper to taste

| How to Prepare : |
|
- Melt olive oil and butter in a pan
- Add garlic and shrimp
- Stir Fry for 3 mins
- Remove shrimp from pan
- Add juice of 1 orange, white wine and anisette.
- Cook over high heat until sauce reduces and thickens
- Remove from heat
- Return shrimp to pan
- Add salt and pepper
- Serve with rice
