Ingredients : |

- 1/4 cup chopped bacon
- 2 cups chopped mushrooms
- 3 cups Luxury crab meat
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
- 3 cups Béchamel sauce
- 125 ml grated mozzarella cheese
- 12 cannelloni shells

| How to Prepare : |
|
- In a frying pan, cook the bacon and mushrooms until dry; cool.
- Mix Luxury Crab Meat and ricotta, and add cold mushroom mixture and seasoning. Fill the cannelloni sheels.
- Bake in the Béchamel sauce with cheese sprinkled on top.
