 Ingredients :
  • Swordfish, salmon, halibut, shark, kingfish, grouper, tilefish, tuna, or marlin
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Chopped garlic & parsley
  • Fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • White wine or brandy
  • Salt & fish spice
 
 How to Prepare :
Barbecue:
  1. Let the Steaks or fillets marinate in ingredients used above for 1 hour before barbecuing
Baking:
  1. Let the steaks or fillets marinate for 1 hour and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1/2 hour.
